Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of GoodFind.Marketplace Role
GoodFind helps users discover, list, buy, sell, rent, and coordinate physical goods within communities. GoodFind is not a party to transactions between users unless we expressly state otherwise.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of your information, and all activity under your account. You may not impersonate others, create misleading listings, or use GoodFind for unlawful activity.
Listings and Transactions
Listings must describe real physical goods accurately. Users are responsible for inspecting items, agreeing on price, pickup, delivery, payment, and handover terms. Do not list prohibited, unsafe, counterfeit, illegal, or restricted items.
Chats, Communities, and Conduct
Treat other users respectfully. Do not harass, threaten, spam, scam, or post objectionable content. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or ban users when needed to protect GoodFind and its users.
Reports and Moderation
Users can report listings and behavior that may violate these terms. We review reports at our discretion and may take action without prior notice.
Payments
Unless GoodFind explicitly provides a managed payment feature, payments and payment disputes are handled between the users involved. Never share sensitive financial information unless you trust the counterparty.
Disclaimers and Liability
GoodFind is provided as available. We do not guarantee every listing, user, transaction, item condition, price, or handover. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoodFind is not liable for losses arising from user transactions or user-generated content.
